Today I attended CRT, Spinning, & Contact. I know I was over working myself, but I'm desperate to see my results on Saturday. I feel a little exhausted, but satisfied. I am doing my best in trying to eat healthy.

Overall, I think I have improved my endurance in working out. I feel like I am not getting exhausted like I used, like when I first started to take classes at the gym.
172.3 lb Lost so far: 55.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
