*shakes head*

I lose will power towards the end of the day, But I definitely did not over eat a pound+ worth of food. It wasn't even bad food. It was just over eating food.

I could have gone to the gym again this morning, I should have, but sleep sounded better. And after the scale episode...

I don't get why after eating whatever i wanted all weekend I ended up weighing less on monday and by paying attention to what I eat, I have gained.

Look at all those "I"'s.

321.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Looking at your diet calendar, you still had a net loss even w/ your caloric intake so it is NOT a fat gain. You also worked out yesterday. Most likely, sodium content of food coupled w/ water retention in your muscles has you retaining a small amount of water thus the scale is up today. Remember it's not the day to day flucuations in weight, but what your weight is doing on a weekly basis. I lifted major weights yesterday & thus I'm up 2lbs. Not surprised at all. It's just what happens. You'll be back down again. Just don't get discouraged. = )

Ditto all that! Question for you, how much water do you drink daily? For your weight you should drink close to a gallon a day. It sounds like a lot, but when I started this weight loss journey I decided to give it a go. For a couple of days I worked really hard at consciously reminding myself to drink a little every half hour so I could get through it all, & yes, I was in the bathroom all day! After 2-3 days the bathroom trips were getting to be too disruptive to my routine so I backed it down to 100 oz, which turned out to be just right & I was able to resume my normal life. Even now I still drink 80-100 oz of water & not much else except morning coffee, & I don't have to do it consciously anymore. I'm just thirsty all the time. :) Lots of water will help with water retention & keep the fluctations on the scale more regular.

Thanks you guys. I definitely need to work on the water thing. And it probably is the gym thing as well. Also I should be getting my period any old day if PCOS doesnt mess things up this month. So i am sure there are lots of explanation. thank you so much for the support though. It helps more than I can say.
