I am moving the scale so much better with the new diet...My body just can't handle the carbs...and I have NO cravings...which is very rare for me I could eat 8 glazed donuts myself (no kidding)and then want to keep going back for more...have been perfect for the last 2 weeks, diet, exercise, water...I am so hyped got to keep up the GREAT work...
