At least it went down. Not as much as I had hoped ... but none the less... I didnt excerise as much as I should have this week. I tried to tell myself to get up earlier and work out before going to work. Yeah right. Who was I kidding... If I wont get up 10 min. earlier to make breakfast, it's not going to happen for exercise. :\ One day at a time. I'm going to continue Phase 1 until I loose 20 lbs.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Someone once told me that while working out in the morning is the best for your body, if it's not something you can do consistantly, you're better working out in the afternoon or evening. I never could manage to get up and work out, so while I was working a 8-5 job I would go straight from work to the gym and get my work out in before I even went home. It was a habit I could stick to, and that's the most important part.
