I'm not a believer of making New Year's resolutions. I'm a woman of action and being accountable for my actions, so if i don't have an action plan its so much easier to make excuses and slack off, then my health WILL suffer long term. That is very scary for me. Like my hubby says "Slow and steady wins the race of life"
182.0 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week

Thanks for joining my "Lose 20 Pounds by Spring" Challenge group. We can do this together. Exercise is my weakness. I only enjoy it when it's a game or a bike ride, but not by myself. And I can't find too many people who want to go for a bike ride in the winter in Colorado, me included. YOU ARE RIGHT! Being accountable is key. Let's start today and drop 20 pounds by Spring! i agree slow and steady.you have lost almost 30lbs already.great job.keep going.and if you fall off jump back on!
