last week lost 4, this week gained 2, not adding extra fat any more. keeping net carbs below 20, going back to Dr. Atkins and Dr. Westman. Stopping eating just to keep the micros at 5/70/25. I know what to do...kept it simple.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
