That's it... the end of the 3.5 week eating experiment. I've peeled off 14.5 pounds during that time.

Experiment results: resounding success.

How closely did I follow my rules? Essentially 100%, with the slip-ups being extremely trivial-- like one sip of Coke that I had because I thought it was red wine.
241.2 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.1 lb a week
