Ok...so atleast I did not go up again with this yo-yo’ng every other week I have been doing. Increased my movement this past week as well as my veggie intake. Going to stay the course this week! 💪
251.2 lb Lost so far: 115.8 lb.    Still to go: 56.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay. That's where I'm at too. Took a few weeks off, went up a little bit time to get back to work. More veggies and movement is on my agenda too. Good Luck to you!
