Did liver cleanse last night. grapefruit fresh squeezed, fresh squeezed lemon, 4T magnesium sulfate, 4T virgin olive oil, lots of pure clean water. (and a clear path).
Today: water
2Grapefruit, 2lemons, 4Jonagold Apples, 2tangerines, 8 oz roasted, turkey breast, then 6 poached eggs tonight.
131.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
