I can't believe I ate 1 cup of cheese, sour cream, and olives yesterday and lost weight! Exactly 9 weeks and I lost 22 lb an average of 2.44 lb a week
190.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
