I was doing weight watchers but more fiber doesn't seem to be suiting me..trying something with less carbs...
140.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I did Atkins back in 2003 and did lose a lot of weight. I did find for me...like with any diet....that if you don't change your lifestyle and eat low-carb like forever the weight tends to come back. I went from a size Zero in 2003 to a size 6 by 2007 because I did not stick with it. I have been doing WW/calorie counting since Feb 2010 and have lost 33 lbs. I am down to size 2/4 right now. What I do like about WW is that I could eat the foods I want.. If I want bread, I eat it. If I want pasta I could eat it. I just have to plan my day in advance in my food diary so I do not consume over 1300 calories and I look at my protein/carb/fat ratios and make healthy food choices. How long have you trying ww for?
