Super tired this morning. I closed last night and I’m opening this morning 😴 also super bloated and cranky lol started my cycle last night 😪 Just tryin to get through the day! TGIF
155.2 lb Lost so far: 53.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had a very tall coffee and a Red Bull and it helped a lot. My body is not too sore either 👍 I think the magnesium helped with that 😄
