This is what I don't like about dieting. The yo yo ups and downs all the time. Emotional Highs and lows. I lose, gain, lose, gain.
And it know it's because of what I am eating. At least I'm not lying about what goes in my mouth. I am accountable for everything but sometimes I just cant help it! More Water...More exercise!
128.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Let's schedule more night time walks. I'll drove over to your place. Nights are the worst for me, that's when I get the super munchies.
