Not having any luck with the scale...swear I am not cheating at all...not even a taste of anything...I am always in motion...my body doesn't even get a chance to rest...Other than about an hour or 2 at the computer I barely even sit to eat...I have already done my walking for today will also do my crunches thru out the day. I think tomorrow I will only do my crunches and no extra exercise...Gonna spend the day fishing with my Dad maybe try to relax...pack my good food for a picnic...but over all I feel
GREAT...
141.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi! I saw your post, your diet calender and tracking looks great! Keep up the good work! Good Protein and Fiber on a daily basis. I am sure you will see results soon. Maybe try reducing sodium to under 2400 per day. I know if the foods I eat have over that amount I will not see results on the scale, but if I reduce and weigh-in again after a few days I will see my weight go down. :) Good luck!
