Changing diet to poorly. I have done little to no effort to lose weight and achieve my goal of 200lb by the time I hit 40. I need to lose 1-1.5lbs a week to hit that. The journey of 1000 miles begins with one small step.
218.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
