Today I had to take an easy on working out since my left calf is a little sore from working out on Wednesday. I probably pushed myself too hard, but at least I got results. I also wanted to finish up my Christmas shopping, but forgot I still have 2 more to go.

I won my bet with my cousin so I got a new workout outfit for the gym. I also did a little shopping for myself, since I need some more clothes for the gym. I should be good for now maybe a couple pairs of pants.

My next bet with my cousin is that if I get to my goal weight then he will fly me out to Chicago, which will be a great present. Even though I am not use to getting this type of treatment.
172.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
