I have many challenges going right now...but they all boil down to 1 thing...eat healthy, exercise, drink water...I have bought a new scale yesterday...weighed in today and I am down but not gonna record till tommorrow...I use the scale at work and gonna take mine in today and compare to make sure my new one is set the same...Have a GREAT day all planned out...up at 7:30 this morning and already did 30 min video...and plan to take a 30 min walk...will do my 300 crunches thru out the day...drink drink drink that water...
141.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
