My weight has not dropped today.. Have not cheated once...Gonna try to do more protein and less carbs this week....have been drinking LOTS of water...and exercise everyday no less than 30 min...always on my feet rarely ever sit down except to the desk for computer time and paperwork at work...I haven't givin myself the extra points for the week or for exerciseing. Everyday just under 1200 cal. Maybe need to eat alittle more...
