1st day unemployed again. tried to keep busy all morning, then started cooking. Had pasta with tomato and green pepper sauce. enjoyed with half a glass of red wine. For me, pasta is a treat, i don't get to eat it on workday lunch nor in the evening. Going to log in what I ate so far. Hope not to nibble by tonight and planning to go to gym for some sweating.
