Prednisone + a couple days off plan + shark week = not sure what I was expecting!

193.6 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb. Still to go: 33.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Prednisone the necessary evil😩😩 I always gain weight on it. I just popped 40 mg because my oxygen was so low this morning and I was wheezing as I just had major surgery. I had to take it😩🤦🏻‍♀️😩
