after 4 weeks on plan,I'm down 20.5 lbs. I'm never hungry and my calories are averaging around 1000 a day. when I started I was around 1500,and I know for me that was too many. I still try for 1200 but most of the time with my food choices, I don't make it . My percentages are usually 5/70-75/20-25. Most days I don't even think. I just keep it simple.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
