Since my last weigh in 4/2011...
I suffered from a shin splint and ended up gaining weight. I would estimate I hit around 205 again before I woke up and figured if I could not exercise as much, I still had to watch what I ate. I have since recovered from the shin splint and am running again. I am now at 185.6 and my goal is 180.

Not too far to go for my initial goal but the weight loss has slowed down.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
