3 days 100% following my diet and exercise...hit the scale this morning...not happy with the number...but didn't go up...guess that is a good thing...gonna keep on going though...on to day 4...
143.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am in the same boat,Suzyq. I am 100% faithful to exercise and to record my food and to keep within the calories allowed----no change :(

Thank you,Quilter12979. I am going to have trouble exercising and staying on diet this weekend when my daughter and granddaughter visit. All calories just don't seem to matter----until later! Help.

I KNOW this works, watched many people lose the weight and keep it off with ww. I can't expect it to be gone overnight. Lord knows it took 43 years to put on. But now is the time to rid of the extra weight once and for all. I need to be healthy and strong for the 2nd part of my life. I really like filling out my menu for tommorrow already and get the food around to be on track. Have to take clients out for supper Friday night, we are gonna hit subway. That is a plus...no mayo but will have the cheese...
