so i am on week 2/12 of my own personal weight loss challange and so far i did quite well. had a cheat day on saturday and consumed way too much alcohol. i have got to get a handle on that. its empty calories and i end up doing something i regret.
My goals for this week are to:
work out three times a week cardio 6 days a week eat like a lean mean fighting machine start entering everything i eat and excercise so i can see whats working and what is not!

Diet followed reasonably well.
