I did not weigh in for a week- then BAM!!! lOST THAT WEIGHT!
MERRY CHRISTMAS

201.9 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb. Still to go: 21.9 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.8 lb a week
