Down 3 pounds after the holiday weekend. I'll take that!
Last year on the 4th, I went to my in-laws lake house. I reluctantly went tubing behind their boat and had to face the embarrassment of not only taking my shirt off, but attempting to climb back in the boat afterward. I couldn't get back in, and two people inside the boat had to pull me with all of their might to get me inside.
This year, I was on the tube twice as long, was happy to take off my shirt, and climbed back on all by myself.
I call this accomplishment "The Seatbelt Suprise". Sometimes, when you loose weight, it's the little things in life that really make a difference. I first noticed this when my seatbelt fit better. I didn't have to extend it out as far and actually needed to cinch it back after the click. Never before had I been able to do that.

I hope you all are experiencing your own "Seatbelt Suprises" everyday.

Awesome job! I had a sorta "seatbelt surprise" the other day when I drove my husbands car for the first time in months, I used to have to scoot the seat back so my belly wasn't sqwashed up against the stearing wheel, this time I had to move the seat forward and my belly was nowhere near the wheel! You're doing awesome and your graph looks great (O:

I was overjoyed this past week, when not only I did not have to ask for the seat belt extender on the plane but I had sooo much of the seatbelt to spare. Life is becoming thrilling all of a sudden and to think all the things we have missed out on.........
