Was hungry yesterday but resisted the urge to snack (minus the bagel around 2 or 3).

Drank one diet coke :(

Slept fine.

I gained weight!!!! I'm really hoping this is because of Aunt Flo otherwise I gonna be upset!!!
240.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A sudden weigh gain or loss is almost always water retention. There are 3500 calories per pound, did you at that much? The bagel and coke were very bad snack choices, I guess you know that...

I gain 4 pounds or more that time of the month from water retention. Most women do, some don't. Drink some water, watch your sodium intake and it will go away.
