I did extremely well on vacation. I could not find fritters anywhere, so my cheat of choice was a Quesito (Puerto Rican donut) it was AMAZING! I did not gain weight the entire time as projected. But...Sunday Easter dinner (all Keto approved), I ate too much for sure! 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️😂🤣😂 Still resulted in a very minimal gain. Looking forward to lifting this week and back to the basics to lose another 20 or so by the summer solstice. Make it a great week folks. 💪
256.8 lb Lost so far: 110.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I seem to always go up if I get on the scale after dinning on ham...the sodium makes it look like I was on my cycle and those days are over for me... you did a great job continued success:)
