Yayy!!! 30.2 lbs GONE!!!!!! this week has been great!! Hopefully this continues and i'm out of the 250's within the next 2 weeks!!! wish me luck!! good luck to you all!!

259.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb. Still to go: 99.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 7.0 lb a week
