Day 5 of my Protocol... its going well.. Im not real hungry .. and after gaining 6 pounds on my load days.. Ive lost all that plus 2 more.. so far so good.. I dont feel any tiredness.. or mood swing... very happy so far ... Ill keep writing.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
