Omg! Vitamins taking a toll on my poor tired innards. I think they are catching up (if you know what I mean). Hoping I will start to lose weight now that my body is getting in the game.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
