Bleh weigh-in on our coworker challenge. I have been very diligent about writing everything I’m biting and exercising (muscle conditioning and aerobics). Not a big calorie deficit, but should be slow and steady loss. My body is looking tighter though.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
