Love Frozen Watermelon. I know, huh? Texture sensative people may not enjoy freezing their watermelon but I find it a terrific treat on these 100 and hell days. Since I started measuring my low cal foods such as watermelon more accurately and have been recording my weight daily, I have found my flucking flutuations haven't happened. I must admit this was key to break my plateau and I have started to lose weight again. Thanks for the good tips and encouragment buddies.
Not too sure what caused me to spin out of control? I am starting to think I need to look at my sugar addiction as it was creeping into my life again. Watermelon is good but only if would have stopped at a cup or two. I had some unstable emotions come up today after I learned I may need some laser surgery for glaucoma and after I visited my Daddy whom I worry about. I was searching for the sweets and found a Charleston Chew in the freezer, fudgesicles, and mini wheats. I ignored my no eathing after 8pm rule and that is when the damage was done. I was the Sugarmainian devil swiring about trying to get her fix. (Deep Breath) I know I didn't get enough water in today, besides all that melon lol. I must forgo the watermelon until I am strong enough to monitor my intake and need to discover what foods satisfy and don't spin me out of control.
