It has been a good week, my weigh-in was awesome! Still at goal. I need to weigh at least 5 lbs less than my goal so I can be at goal in what ever I am wearing. It is good to get out and play golf although I didn't do very well. I need some time at a driving range, I fought with my irons all morning.
