Hello, it's Thursday, I weigh in on Thursday evening. I know all week, I have written about eating out and feeling a little out of control. But, I must have had some control, because I lost. I am not getting a big head about this, I have walked this trail before and if I am not careful, all that extra food will show up in pounds gained next week. I plan to be extra diligent about writing down everything I eat, keeping track of how I feel. All that eating out, did not make me feel very good. A good meal cooked at home is healthier and portion control is tons easier. So, my plan this week is to keep off the weight I have already lost and maybe, add a small loss to it. I appreciate all who read my journal and respond, the feedback is wonderful and I hope I am helping you also. Please take care and try to stay cool (our heat indexes have been in the 100's).
224.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
