FINALLY broke the 260’s. 💪🙌🙌Went to a Debutante Ball last night, and cocktail hour was all Keto friendly options. Dinner was a quarter chicken, mashed potatoes and veggies. Gave the potatoes to my son and he gave me his veggies...minus the carrots. I skipped their dessert of course. Working out has still be non-existAnt. But the weather finally is decent enough for me to get out walking again. Ready to start toning for sure.
