Holy smokes! Still losing weight. I think I need to up my calories a little bit more. I also need to do some research in how to eat to gain muscle mass. Calorie control has clearly worked for me. I've dropped 23 lbs in 2.5 months doing this technique. But I've definitely thinned a little less than I wanted to.
226.7 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2676 kcal Fat: 66.57g | Prot: 175.53g | Carb: 353.19g.   Breakfast: starbucks double shot light, starbuck's reduced fat, Muscle Milk Light Powder, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: beef tender cuts, golean caramel, blue diamond buffalo. Dinner: polenta, french bread, brown rice, filet mignon. Snacks/Other: giant latte. more...
