Went back to the basics and keeping my macros in check. Now if I could just go to the bathroom 👀🤦‍♀️😂🤣😂🤣
260.6 lb Lost so far: 106.4 lb.    Still to go: 65.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do magnesium and vitamin C. Not sure if that would work for you. If I really get consitipated I use mineral oil to help things moving.
