not nearly as bad as i had originally thought. that walk yesterday sure made me feel a lot better! i had a really bad week last week with my energy and all so i pray this week won't be as bad.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
