I ghad gained 5 but back down to only 2 up so I am doing ok. Not great but okay. Finally went for a walk for the first time this morning since getting sick/

251.0 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb. Still to go: 76.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.9 lb a week
