Did hard core cardio with some peeps yesterday who are half my age. Got nauseated, dehydrated, had to slow way down. Have decided to lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks so I can keep up with them. They’re skinny bucks. Plus I’m going on a very active trip in 5 wks, so I’d love to have stamina. Will continue cardio 2-3x/week because I love it, plus a calorie deficit, plus weight training 1/week.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
