down-UP-UP-down. Fever under 99.0 last night. 1st time since I've been sick except for when I was jacked up on Tylenol and Motrin for 2&1/2 days last week. Felt good in morning. Felt very tired afternoon thru evening. BUT practically NO fever. woo hoo Ate out at a buffet 2 days ago. I did really well in my choices. Not a big Cal swing nor filled with junk. On track to hit stage 2 short goal of 208 by end of July.
