Ok. I know that I said that I would begin weighing in every two weeks, but I just starting taking this supplement, Orovo and I wanted to see exactly where my weight was when I started so that I can see if it has speed the process up any. Although I will say that I've been doing really well with my eating lately and I've even added a little exercise. I plan to get in at least 30 minutes of walking everyday. I prefer to do it outside, but if I have to I will do it on the treadmill.
