Kicking up the AFTERBURNER!!! 1 POUND away for the big 30!!! Officially at the 1/2 way point. The Plateau is over as I am keeping a closer watch on my Daily Intake, and moving more! Wooo Hooo.. I am feeling exhiliration! Have a super weekend everyone.(day 19) TOWANDA!!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
