It is Friday, my sister is here for a visit and we are planning a day of visiting, sewing, and cutting fabric. Lots to do to get ready for our Quilt retreat. Fell to a chocolate desire this week, had 2 peppermint patties. Did not eat as many vegetables. Up .4 pounds, will take better care of me this week.
