Earthlady's Journal, 28 October 2012

The reasonable weigh-in is down to luck, being super-busy and not over-eating by chance rather than by design. I've been eating little during the day and snacking in the evenings, too tired to cook!

Things are looking a little calmer now and I feel it's time to get back here full-time, record my food intake and keep a journal in order to get below my target again and avoid gaining over the winter.
127.2 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Glad things have settled down a bit for you...I don't know what MY problem is lately :( I'm with you, though. Gotta nip this in the bud...bottom line I've got to face is that I'm just NOT going to get as much exercise this winter...so the RDI has got to be reduced. This is basically where I was when I started this journey one year ago...I think I'll review how I ate last Fall, and get back to that routine.

That seems like a good idea, Baxie, for me it's got to be cutting back on the beer and the evening snacks :)
