Been dropping into the 220s for the first time in years. From a shape standpoint, I lost a lot of size through the body but not as much of the fat that's still hanging around the midsection. I've shed 1" in pant size there which kind of sucks as I'm not a 37" waist when I was around 38-39". Having an odd numbered waist size with 36" length makes for a crappy time in finding clothes to fit me. What I'd really like to do is maintain my weight and just shift or transform it a bit more through my lifting.
227.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
