"My Weigh In" area of this site asks "How closely followed?"

The android phone version does not ask that question.

but I follow my diet 99.9% all the time.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It doesn't mean how closely you stick to your diet, it means bow closely you track your weight :) I track mine weekly when my nurse comes to visit every Friday. So it wants to try to keep you consistent and in the habit of checking your weight. Daily is bad, weekly is best :D Good luck go you.
