Glad to see some weight loss today. Been really trying to watch myself...I get bogged down in carbs really easily so I am trying to watch that. I got on the treadmill last night, followed up by some floor exercise. Happy Wed!!!
208.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
