Restaurant food, yesterday = too much sodium!
128.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1230 kcal Fat: 30.32g | Prot: 84.00g | Carb: 156.16g.   Breakfast: Kraft Olive oil mayo, turkey burger, Organic Lowfat 1% Milk, Flatbread Multigrain with Flax. Lunch: Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz), Chia Seed, lean cuisine sesame chicken. Dinner: Hot Dog Buns, 98% Fat Free Hot Dogs. Snacks/Other: chia seed, Strawberry preserves smucker, Fage Plain Greek Yogurt. more...
